I received the product in three days and the product has been described everything that certainly would have no problem sending the command again. So the pump has come in great packaging, there was no way the product is broken during delivery. Thank you for the trouble free experience.

I bought this pump and follow the instructions to be sure to charge for 24 hours before use. Sure of that! I used it three times in three weeks since and have not had to recharge yet. It’s fast and efficient for an air mattress, so I’m sure it works well for other items too.

Low battery dies quickly. When it works, it is very slow and very low pressure.

Purchased in December 2007 – and still love this pump. Wary when buying, while continuing to be happy and surprised to see how it works. Used w / Coleman air mattress – at home for guests and camping. Maintains office, inflates / deflates the airmattress easily and quickly. Lightweight, durable, well done.

If one of these for a while. I do not remember the last time I loaded. Maybe it was two years ago. Seriously. I used a dozen times, both to inflate and deflate quickly, since the last charge. Too heavy to take one backpack, but … I do not usually take an air mattress in the back country. Do not miss the end.
