I love that lil boat, I fish for 6 years now, on the shores of lakes, in NJThere are not many places to fish in the summer because of bushes, branches, and Lilly pads. so i bought the Seahawk II, I was amazed at how tough and cool, I was also surprised how easy it is to pump and assemble takes me about 20 minutes, and get my fishing gear on board, so I I bought the motor mount system, to add a trolling motor.i not there yet, but I cannot hold. GREAT little boat for the price right for a poor fisherman

I have bought many items from Amazon directly into the past and has been a very happy customer. But recently, I bought an inflatable boat that was sold by the services of CMS world. I will never buy something through them again.

The boat had a leak on the bottom when I got it. Now they want me to ship the items back to them at your own grid costs. I already paid $ 40 for the ship when I got it.

When I send emails to service warranty, they are not even respond quickly.

CMS world whole enterprise service is terrible. They can send the damaged item, but you have to take the cost to that.

Everybody out there want to do the same and take the risk?

Show Amazon’s response when I indicated according to their warranty from A to Z:

“Hello from Amazon.com.

Hi, < br />
I am not new setting of this just because I do not like it. Instead, I received a defective item so it must be replaced.

Since I received a defective item, I expect the seller to pay RETUNE, which I fully agree with your statement below.

I want to challenge that formally and let me know how.

I can not believe after paying $ 40 shipping, you can expect to send it to me at my expense the defective item that I ‘I received.
